Literature Review My Healthy Food - 1952 Words
Literature Review: Many people around the world are not getting as much ââ¬Å"healthy foodâ⬠in their system as they should be. Healthy food, for me, means fruits and vegetables. As fruits and vegetables are essential in human diet, I decided it would be interesting to see which gender overall seemed the most healthier when it came to buying fruits and vegetables. Another study, showed that women bought more fruits than men did (Miranda 2014). Many trace this down to the fact that women were gathers and collected fruits and vegetables while the men did the hunting (Wiseman 2010). Since men did the hunting, they intake more meat than women do on average (Harish 2012). But since the men intake more meat, the women intake more fruits and vegetables than men do on an everyday basis. According to a chart made by the Produce For Better Health Foundation, women ate more ââ¬Ëhealthy foodââ¬â¢ than the men did every year (Produce For Better HealthShow MoreRelatedThe Nutritional Practices Of Students Essay1582 Words à |à 7 Pagesparticularly how often they eat and how they view macronutrients, and to ascertain whether the students believe their current nutritional practices are healthy.
